CSD Filling Machine can be used to fill all types of carbonated drinks. Direct connection technology by air conveyor and bottle feeding wheel as well as neck handing conveying technology on the whole process.
1. Bottle gripping conveying technology is adopted for high speed line, which makes a free bottle type change and simple working table in the internal of the machine.
2. Rinsing, filling and capping can be finished on mono block machine, which reduce bottle abrasion, keeps accurate and stable driving and simple replace for bottle types.
3. The stainless bottle rinsing clamp with special design is durable, without contact with the bottle neck screw part, it avoids the secondary pollution.
4. Pressurized cylinder is adopted and annular cylinder is used for high speed line.
5. Isotonic filling valve is of high speed and high flow rate, the filling level is also accurate and no waste.
